Can I change my order if I already placed it? Can I cancel it?
When we receive your order, we begin processing it as soon as we can because we want you to receive your order as soon as possible! Therefore, we are generally unable to change or cancel orders. Can I use multiple credit cards on my online order?
Currently, we can only process one credit card per online order (including Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift cards).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What is your holiday return policy?
Purchases made in online between 11/1/20 – 1/1/21 are eligible for store credit or exchange when returned until 1/30/21. Eligible online purchases may be sent back with the product in its original packaging with its tags in order to receive a full refund.

All unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.
